Every client relationship in this concierge practice begins with a private discovery consultation.
A 15-minute private discovery consultation with Dr. Nazarian herself, by secure video. The fee is $100, with payment arranged through IvyPay after your inquiry.
This initial conversation allows you and Dr. Nazarian to discuss, in general terms, your presenting concerns, whether the therapeutic fit feels right, current availability, and what the next steps would be. It is a first conversation about fit, not a therapy session, and no clinical decisions are made in it. A trusted person may also send the inquiry on your behalf. Fees for ongoing psychotherapy are discussed during this conversation and agreed before treatment begins.

Meet for discovery
Fifteen minutes by secure video, directly with Dr. Nazarian: the concerns that bring you, whether the therapeutic fit is right, availability, and next steps, spoken plainly on both sides.
Step 3
Begin, if the fit is right
If you continue, you continue with the same psychologist. If she is not the right clinician for you, she will say so plainly.

Practical details, kept simple

Payment is arranged after your inquiry and before your time is confirmed, the way IvyPay is designed to work. Dr. Nazarian texts you an IvyPay payment request for $100, and you pay through that secure texted link, which confirms your discovery time.
Fees for ongoing psychotherapy are discussed with Dr. Nazarian during this consultation and agreed before treatment begins. No ongoing fee is set, and no treatment starts, until you have had that discussion.
Cancellations require at least 24 business hours' notice. Business hours are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For example, a Monday 10 AM appointment must be cancelled by Friday 10 AM. Cancellations with less notice, and missed appointments, are charged the full session fee to the card on file.
